What are shipping options and rates?
Please note that Roger and galletus.com ships all packages via UPS to US addresses only. We can not accept international shipping or billing addresses. Additionally we can not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We apologize for this inconvenience.
All shipping methods must take 1-2 additional days into account for order processing. Orders shipping via standard ground to Alaska or Hawaii should allow extra time for delivery, approximately 8-12 business days. You may select the following shipping methods and rates at checkout. Please refer to the below shipping table for more information.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders must be placed by 2PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes 8 - 12 business days.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.
Where is my online order? How do I track my online order?
From the time you submit your online order, it can take up to 24 hours for that order to be processed. Immediately after submitting your order, you will see an order number on your order confirmation page. If you have immediate questions about your order, you can call Customer Service at 1-877-833-1748 and reference this order number. Please note that after an order has been submitted, it can not be modified.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your shipment. You will be able to click on the tracking number and see where your order is in transit. If you are a Roger&Gallet Member, you can also log into your account and access the My Order History section to see the status of your order.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Full or partially used items can be returned in original packaging to receive a full refund. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date the order was received. Empty products can not be returned.
Please note that only items purchased on rogerandgalletus.com may be returned to rogerandgalletus.com . Items purchased in a retail store or on another website must be returned to their original point of purchase.
To return a rogerandgalletus.com order, simply complete the Return Form attached to the bottom of your invoice with the information requested. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package. Peel off the Address Label and adhere it to the return package. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label.
Within 10 business days after receiving the return, refunds will be issued in the form of credit to the credit card holder.
